15 years ago I made the decision to step into the world of business ownership, opening the doors to Kuhn Financial (now Kuhn Wealth Management). We built our success on our commitment to providing personalized service and unbiased advice to help our clients plan for their goals.
Over time, we became particularly interested and invested in the service of 1031 exchanges. With over 200 completed transactions under our belt, I made the decision to start Chicagoland 1031 Exchange, a service specifically geared towards advising and guiding clients through the 1031 exchange process.
Here at Chicagoland 1031 Exchange, we take great care to treat our clients as individuals as we know everyone’s situation is unique. This blog and website can provide you with general 1031 exchange knowledge but ultimately, we want to get to know you personally so we can:
